ROYAL JEWELLERY || The Rosenborg Kokoshnik Tiara
Made in the 1930’s by the Danish jeweller Dragsted, The Rosenborg Kokoshnik Tiara was acquired by Prince Viggo, Count of Rosenborg for his American-born wife, Princess Viggo. As the couple didn’t have any children, the tiara was inherited by Prince and Princess Viggo’s sister-in-law, Princess Margaretha, who in return passed it on to her daughter-in-law, Countess Ruth of Rosenborg. Following her death, it was put on an auction at Bukowskis where the estimated value was placed at more than $200.000 but it did not sell. It is modelled after the traditional Russian headdress, the kokoshnik (hence the name), and consists of garnets and diamonds.

» A Steep in the Right Direction«

Hey guys! So I’m still diligently working on posts, but my tea blog is officially up! You can expect pretty pictures, history, steeping instructions, reviews, and coupons for tea and tea accessories.

I’d love to gain some followers for it, and maybe get some questions, comments, submissions, etc in the future. If you could reblog/share, just in general let people know about it, well, that would be really rad of you.

THIS GUY KNOWS HIS TEAS

And he is a super-sweetie, so please go take a look uwu

I don’t drink tea but oh my lord do I love that blog title, and the widdle sign. SUPER CUTE.

Simultaneously the worst and best movie ever made

Actually one of my teachers watched every single version of Romeo and Juliet with the original text in front of him to prove that this was the worst version, but to his great dismay its the most accurate film adaptation of it, with the lines closest to the original text and most similar stage direction and relayed emotions.

He proceeded to show it to us in class.

man, nothing about this is the worst movie ever. it’s all good things. it’s weird and it’s an amazing soundtrack and it’s accurate to the original play and it’s mercutio in drag being the best ever and it’s ecstasy as queen mab and it’s john leguizamo, the dude who played the pest, being spectacular as tybalt. this film is all things good and right.
i have many passionate thoughts about this, shut up.
